INTRODUCTION
At The Malcolm Jenkins Foundation, we believe every young person possesses brilliance, resilience, and the power to shape a better world. Our work begins by investing in those strengths.
Founded in 2010 by Super Bowl Champion and changemaker Malcolm Jenkins, TMJF is a champion for youth who are building their futures in the face of systemic barriers—not because of a lack of ability, but because of a lack of access.
We exist to change that.
Rooted in community and driven by equity, TMJF creates pathways to opportunity through financial literacy, education, career exposure, and leadership development. Our goal isn’t to save or fix young people—it’s to uplift, equip, and affirm them as leaders of their own futures, and catalysts for change in their communities.

Our mission is to effectuate positive change in the lives of youth—especially those in underserved communities—to realize their full potential and thrive.
We do this by providing transformative learning experiences, access to vital resources, and opportunities that ignite leadership, creativity, and purpose. Through innovation, support, and equity-driven programs, we prepare young people to succeed in life and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
